1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Big Sky Automation ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit communitycardplaybook.com, opt in to the free mini course, purchase or use the Full VIP Membership, join our private community, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services").
By using the Services you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. This Policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
- Account details: username, password, profile information, and the display name you use in the community.
- Billing details: billing name and address, and the last four digits and expiration of your card. Full card numbers go directly to our payment processors and are never stored on our systems.
- Content you submit: support emails, survey and form responses, questions and posts in the community, testimonials, files you upload, and anything you say on a recorded group call.
- Business details you choose to share: your city or service area, business name, and progress updates.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, referring URL, session duration, and video watch behavior.
- Email engagement data such as opens and click-throughs.
- Cookie and similar tracking data, described in Section 7.
Information from third parties
- Transaction confirmations, payment status, and fraud signals from Stripe and PayPal.
- Account and activity data from our course, CRM, and community platforms.
- Aggregate ad and campaign performance data from advertising platforms.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information such as government identification numbers, precise geolocation, health data, biometric data, or information about race, religion, sexual orientation, or union membership. Please do not send us that information.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account and deliver the training, templates, and community access you purchased.
- Process payments, run recurring billing, issue refunds, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
- Send transactional messages such as receipts, renewal notices, password resets, call reminders, and content updates.
- Send marketing emails and, where you have consented, text messages about our offers, trainings, and events.
- Improve the Services by analyzing which lessons, pages, and features are used.
- Measure the performance of our advertising and, where permitted, deliver relevant ads and build lookalike audiences.
- Enforce our Terms, protect our rights and members, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some ad and analytics tools may treat cookie-based sharing as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws. Section 14 explains how to opt out.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on these bases:
- Contract: to deliver the membership and support you purchased.
- Consent: for marketing emails, text messages, and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the Services, prevent fraud, understand usage, and grow our business in ways that do not override your rights.
- Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements.
5. Email Marketing
When you opt in to our mini course, a lead magnet, or a purchase, you agree to receive emails from us, including educational content and promotional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also email us to be removed. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages tied to your account, such as receipts, billing notices, and access instructions. To stop those, cancel your membership.
6. SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from us, which may include marketing messages, sent using automated technology. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in and keep the site working (strictly necessary).
- Remember your preferences and form entries (functional).
- Measure traffic and understand how pages perform (analytics).
- Attribute conversions and show relevant ads on other platforms (advertising).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings or industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break checkout, login, and course playback.
8. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described here. We do not rent or sell your information to data brokers.

| Course and community platform (ClientClub) | Deliver course access, host the private community and member profiles. |
| Video hosting (YouTube and similar) | Stream lesson and sales videos, which may set their own cookies. |
| Analytics and advertising platforms | Measure site performance and ad results. |
| Professional advisors | Accounting, tax, and legal services under confidentiality obligations. |
| Legal and safety | Respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, investigate fraud, or protect rights and safety. |
| Business transfer | Share data as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy. |
Service providers may use your information only to perform services for us, under contract.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Your full card number, CVV, and bank credentials are transmitted directly to them and are never stored on our systems. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
10. Our Private Community
Anything you post inside the member community is visible to other members and to our staff. Do not post information you want kept private, including client lists, personal contact details, or financial account information. We are not responsible for how other members use information you choose to share, and we may retain community posts after your membership ends to preserve the integrity of discussions.
11. How Long We Keep Data
- Account and membership records: for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed for support history.
- Transaction and tax records: at least 7 years, as required for financial and tax compliance.
- Marketing contact records: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, plus a suppression record so we do not re-add you.
- Analytics data: typically retained in aggregated or de-identified form.
We delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required by law or to resolve a dispute.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and vetted providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for notifying us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Opt out of marketing, targeted advertising, and profiling.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity, usually by confirming you control the email on the account, and respond within the timeframe required by law, generally 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request with written proof of authorization.
14. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of Colorado, California, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights listed in Section 13, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data and of targeted advertising.
- We do not sell personal information for monetary value.
- We may share cookie-based identifiers with advertising platforms, which certain laws classify as "sharing" or "targeted advertising."
- To opt out, email us with the subject line "Opt Out of Targeted Advertising," or use your browser's global privacy control signal, which we honor where required.
- Colorado residents may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision. If the appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.
15. International Users
We operate in the United States, and our providers store and process data there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Users in the EEA or UK also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
16. Children's Privacy
The Services are for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
17. Do Not Track
Browsers may send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to them, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor recognized global privacy control signals where state law requires it.
18. Third-Party Links
Our site and materials link to third-party websites and tools, including Canva, USPS, printers, and platform providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as our business, tools, or the law changes. The "Last updated" date will change, and material changes will be announced by email or on the site. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
